1. Validity of the terms and conditions
The present general terms and conditions (GTC) apply to all via the homepage na’e GmbH Orders placed for goods. The version of the GTC published on the homepage at the time of the order is decisive.
The general terms and conditions are subject to change at any time. In addition, the relevant provisions of the Swiss Code of Obligations apply – unless the terms and conditions contain any provisions.
2. Contract area
In the online shop of na’e GmbH “currently” only deliveries of goods in Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein are planned. For orders from abroad, please contact us.
3. Prices
The offer is valid while stocks last. All prices are given in Swiss francs and include the statutory value added tax of currently 8%.
4. Conclusion of contract and withdrawal
All information on goods and prices on the homepage of na’e GmbH are subject to change and non-binding. By ordering via the homepage, the customer makes a binding offer. na’e GmbH confirms acceptance by email to the customer. Only with this express acceptance is a contract concluded and the customer is entitled to delivery of the goods. If the goods ordered by the customer are not available in the desired quantity or at the price stated on the homepage, then make na’e GmbH a corresponding notification to the customer as soon as possible. In this case, the contract is only valid when the customer confirms the corrected order again by email. Orders and agreements made by telephone are only valid if they are confirmed in writing or by e-mail.
In the event of spelling, printing or calculation errors on the homepage, denium is entitled to withdraw from the contract free of charge.

6. Retention of Title
The delivered goods remain the property of until all claims against the customer have been settled in full na’e GmbH.
7. Right of withdrawal
The customer has the right to exchange the goods within 7 days of receipt or to return them with a completed return form. The right of withdrawal can only be legally exercised if the goods are returned unused, undamaged, complete and in their original packaging. After receiving the goods returned in the condition described, the company will reimburse the customer for the value of the goods.

na’e GmbH guarantees to deliver the goods in perfect quality. Should there still be defects in the delivered goods, the customer is obliged to report the defects in writing within 7 days of delivery. After the defective goods have been returned, the customer will receive a replacement delivery. If a replacement delivery is not possible, a refund will be made na’e GmbH the payment made. In addition, any claim to a reduction in price, rescission or compensation for consequential damage caused by a defect is excluded, as far as legally permissible.
