HOW MUCH ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

Switzerland: Up to an order value of CHF 60.- we charge CHF 5.- shipping costs, above that we send free of charge.

Europe: We charge CHF 5 for shipping costs, we offer tracking of shipping for an additional CHF 5.

Outside Europe: We charge CHF 7.- shipping costs, we offer tracking of the shipping for an additional CHF 5.-.

 

ARE THERE ADDITIONAL CUSTOMS CHARGES?

Any applicable customs fees are always to be paid by the buyer and will not be reimbursed.

 

HOW LONG DOES THE DELIVERY TIMES LAST?

Switzerland: 1-3 days

Europe: 3-5 days

Outside Europe: 5-10 days

 

CAN I TAKE THE PRODUCT RETURN?

The opened NA’E ® For hygienic reasons, you cannot return the product.
